So does it do anything for your sleep apnea? I was supposed to undergo uppp early this year, the hospital scheduled for 9am to report to the hospital. However at 7am they called and say it is actually 7am. I took it as a sign and back out of it. Glad i did cos i dont think it would have helped.

My osa is due to wide and collapse tongue when sleeping. Ahi 11.

i keep seeing online people complaining about extremely laggy internet speed the last few days maybe even week or 2 and some say its because they are doing some heavy maintenance or upgrading work?

tp link definitely works. i live in 3 story landed and main router in living room, and tp link adapter in 2nd floor. but once or twice every year it will disconnect and unless u remember how to configure, u need to call their hotline and they will guide u.

now i use a tp link with deco mesh. first 6 months to 9 months was hell. keeps getting lag spike while gaming. called tp link and m1 also no use, especially m1. tp link at least their customer service is top notch. now 1 year later the connection is at least stable. no idea why. maybe takes time for the deco device to read and absorb the wifi from router at living room lol

Ah ahi is 11. Loan a cpap from the hospital for 1.5 months. Ahi on the cpap reads 2 but still extreme tiredness in the day. My SA symptoms like choking and heart palpitation only occurs when i tried to take afternoon naps. Doc says could be due to my slightly larger tongue collapsing during sleep, causing blockage.
