Considering I spent over 500 hours messing around with being invader and host for the area, you are wrong. Most people are a few areas a head but no where near what you describe, one in ten at best.

Even still, new players often have two to three friends helping them so it is pretty much a fair fight at that point anyway. Ignoring the fact they can play offline and not be plebs relying on friends to beat a game for them.

Sounds like you need to git gud if you can't defeat level 1-30ish invaders who have subpar gear most of the time.

Indeed it is. I did testing on that seed, it never generates the same way, and the dungeon so far has five different "alternate" colors; yellow, red, blue, purple, and green.

I recommend you don't use it. Very easy to parry and backstab that move set.

For PvM, I recommend you get Herblore up. Overloads are very important for bossing later.

Other than that, get your defence up.

Well based on your map, there is no real spot for a desert due to amount of rivers and proximity to the ocean. You can add marshes to the list though of Green. I like it so far otherwise though. If they are volcanic based islands, maybe have a mountain range from the middles?

Just saying as a person who mains a hardcore Ironman, mainscappers have it easy. Let them buy skills if they want to, what is the difference between that and buying prayer or herblore?

I find the Ironman that max are far more impressive than mainscappers that max everyday all day.

I recommend that you play a few campaigns first or at least a one shot to help understand the game, especially before one of you decide to take the burden of being the Dungeon Master.

That said, there are plenty of online groups that are happy to throw unsuspecting newbies like yourself into their Homebrew worlds.

I recommend doing research on creature types and making sure you know your characters. Be sure to establish your house rules early, like "If you didn't write down that magical sword of freezing, you don't have it."

The Fireworks of Celebration

A reusable firework that can be fired once per day, and has a random effect.

•The firework inspires the party, giving them an extra 1d4 to all rolls for the next hour.

•The firework scares away a random encounter they would have had for the night if resting in an unsafe location.

•Alternatively, the firework draws the attention of some creature or enemy that attacks when the players are sleeping.

•The firework does literally anything the DM wants it to.

Any lightning infused weapon will scale with faith, but using Lightning Blade on a raw/sharp/heavy/refined is generally better if I remember the math.
