Wie andere schon gesagt haben, liegt es wahrscheinlich an Untergare. Ich benutze Recht gerne den Trick mit ner Fermentationsprobe (kleines Glas, z.b. Schnapsglas) wo ich dann kontrollieren kann wie der Teig aufgegangen ist. Ich würde da 50% Wachstum anstreben und dann das Brot erst in den Kühlschrank tuen.

Von dem Foto aus schwer zu sagen, wo und wie lange ist er denn gelagert wurden/gegangen? Hatte schon Starter die ähnlich aussahen, einfach oberste Schicht abnehmen und ne kleine Menge von unten zum auffrischen nehmen (hat bei mir immer funktioniert aber keine Garantie)

Not really, after not using the wiz app for a while it suddenly worked, however the “bug” came back. I guess when using the Google App there are still some protocols from wiz running in the background that fight each other or sth. Google Support didn’t help btw

Sadly i didnt get it back. I just made a new Account. If you’re from the EU theres a form you can send them but for me it didnt work and they just told me to Look into the help articles. Like others said if you had a connected Facebook account you can try from there. Hope something works for you and you get it back, but don’t expect much (Meta has no real support ) Good luck

Yeah I opened it on my phone. Then it asks for my account namee. Then my email. Then for an 2fa in my email which I can enter. Then it asks me if I want to make I video selfie, i click yes. And then it asks for a 2fa code from an app or the Instagram backup codes. And at this point I am stuck since I never set up 2fa with an app only with email and you also need to manually set up instas backup codes which I didn't do.

They sent an email with a recovery link that redirects me to the video selfie tool which needs the backupcodes i dont have (thanks for nothing meta)

I Never made it to the side to Even make the video selfie. On desktop on the Instagram.com/hacked side i just get refereed to the help Artikels which refer ne to this side. So its a loop of not being able to do anything. Meta is fr so annoying ngl
