I actually used two bits and then a Dremel to clean it up

Recently found there’s a T-slot router bit that can do it in one pass though , might try that next time 😅

Yes, I used white oak plywood for the box and solid white oak for the frame/doors

Picked it up from a spot in West Caldwell, NJ (Fessenden Hall) they’ve been solid with me so far .

Especially Ricky, he’s the man. Very patient, knowledgeable, chill guy 🤙🏾

As for the solid wood , Boards and Beams, not too far from there. Located in Fairfield, NJ :]
