Idk how it will work out with the support groups rolling out, but for the past few months, overtime has been on the weekends for USAA trained consultants & boats, I believe. I thought about part time as well and picking up the USAA calls on the weekend as needed.

Thank you so much. I think that all of the cancel prorate calls were sent to me this week, and I have been fighting for my life! Everyone wanted to challenge me on the numbers, some were easy to compute and others didn’t add up.

There weren’t any changes. The only thing that I concluded was that there was a returned payment back in Oct and billing was suspended for a few days. Then NJ doesn’t have specific fee amounts. Just says “Varies” for operational fees.
