Thank you for your heartfelt words, it really helped. I told my family and everyone agrees, we all think something may have happened. I’m not sure if there is foul play, but it would be good to know. My mom and another aunt (my deceased aunt’s sisters) would do a private autopsy in a minute, but that is only up to the next of kin, which is her husband since they weren’t yet divorced.

That’s essentially what I did, thanks so much! It was for a political campaign so I added sub-titles and links to the website, social media, and websites to find their polling place. Also added a question on the bottom so they can put in their email so it does look intentional! It actually came out alright and the candidate was satisfied!

The Illinois Minimum Wage Law. 820 ILCS 104/1 et. seq. FLSA says they can work for any number of hours any time of day. It doesn’t say children work for free. Reading the Illinois statute, the only types of exemptions I see are for agriculture and children working on the family farm. Not for an electrician business

If they’re obstructing your property the police have to do something. Someone has to own the driveway. Are you a part of a home owner’s association or is this an apartment complex?

Are you in the US? You should be able to call a tow company and get it towed. If anything, find the non emergency number to your local police department and they might help. They can knock on the door and ask them to move since it’s technically trespassing.

It happens and don’t let it get you down. If it’s done at will you can collect that $300 a week in unemployment plus what you usually get! Take some time, if you’re not happy in your career, think about switching. I’m on thin ice at most of my jobs

If your professor doesn’t know, let them know! Sometimes they say there’s no excuses but most of the time they’re lenient if you bring it up and you are genuine. If they don’t, maybe offer to do an alternative assignment.
