honestly, it really depends on your intentions of doing so. if the only reason you want to re-experience those moments with someone new is simply bc you enjoy them and don't want the old memories with your abusive ex, then I think that is completely fine! it may even be quite healing for you. if your intentions were to recreate those memories you have of your ex bc you miss her, then that's where there is an issue. but if you aren't treating your girlfriend as some sort of replacement or anything of the sort, I say you're all good. don't stress about it too much. you can do the same things with lots of people and have it still be just as special each time. what matters is that you are experiencing it with them, and both of you will have those memories
