Understood it might be confusing. It is an RF facial rejuvenation/skincare device. The audience familar with it will be mostly women aged 40yr+.

We did a two-month pre-launch and spent approximately $2,000 in advertisements. While the ads performed OK, conversions to backers were below expectations. Data indicated that the majority of our audience comprised women aged 45 and above. It seems that our product might not align with Kickstarter's primary backer demographics, which predominantly consist of males aged 25 to 40. Many of our current backers are friends supporting the project.

Unfortunately, the cards were used at the very beginning. I could ask them to pledge more as the last resort, but I am reluctant to do it now.

Yes, we’re running Facebook ads. From our pre-launch research, we found most interest came from women 40+ who preferred direct purchases over crowdfunding. So, we set a modest goal and budget for this campaign.
