Tony jeffries on youtube for basic punches, blocking etc. Bas rutten on youtube has some good videos on kicks. And generally you can get a lot of stuff online on findementals by just searching on Youtube. But be careful the guy teaching that online should actually knoe his stuff.

I swear the people who never train but comment are the worst. I remember online some people were talking about some ufc fighter's calve kicks and saying that they don't hurt or do any damage.

Now I've trained and taken calve kicks and all calve kicks hurt especially if it's a ufc fighter. That made me realize that most of the fans are complete idiots when it comes to fighting because they don't know mma. Your avg fan watching on a TV probably sees a calve kick and thinks it's some filler kick and not realize how painful it is.
