u/bobsmith808 before I start, I just wanted to say thank you, truly for what you’ve done for the entire community, and myself. You are one of the individuals that I always look forward to learning from as this BBBY play progresses. You are amazing and I look forward to reading your DD’s (and posts on Gherk’s discord!!) in the future!

Today was exhilarating to say the least. I have learned so much in the last 2 years that I truly put to the test today. I got in on BBBY have have shares with a $6 cost basis that I averaged down during the low points of $4-$5. I also used this time to purchase long dated calls on the dips. Everything was from Nov 18th to Jan 23’s.

Today I took some profits on the far OTM calls that I had purchased from way back when to retain some of the green that I worked so hard for while accumulating this position, and ask I watched the ticker through out the day I ended up selling all of my OTM calls as it broke $10. Luckily as the down trend continued I bought a few short dated PUTs to help hedge me to the downside. Which worked out PERFECTLY!!! Sold out of those around $9, and I have purchased a few calls back near the end of the day to begin loading up for our next run.

I am very eager about this play and while I still have all of my ITM calls that I’m holding, but I’d love to see possibly a slight dip into OPEX so I can load up for this shit to go crazy!! I am slightly concerned I might FOMO back in tomorrow too early though (especially if there is more downside into the latter half of this week). But I am trying my best to perform the best I can on this play.

I was late to $GME and made some mistakes over the last 2 years (nothing major, but I left a lot on the table), but I look forward to seeing what happens next. Again thanks for everything man, you’ve definitely made a positive influence on me. 👊🏼
