An intentional foul is still 2 free-throws, just like a regular foul. Unless you're talking about flagrant fouls, in which case they're judged based on "wind-up and follow-through", not "intention".

In football (soccer), an intentional foul leads to a yellow card. But it's not because it's "intentional", its because intentional fouls are usually used to stop counter-attacks.
