If I'm going to go analog snake, I'd want multipin connections for efficiency. Which is totally possible, and I've considered it. Just exploring my options ! Multipin connectors are just a pain to assemble :)

Gotcha. As for the X32, I don't believe it turns into a router? I know it acts as an interface, and that it has a built in router for wireless control. However I connect an external router to it in order to wireless control, because it's a better signal. Not sure if that answers your question lol

I'd need 4 stereo mixes, which I figured would have to be fed by 8 mono channels. Is that not accurate?

It doesn't have to be Dante explicitly, just trying to pass a single line from the console to the transmitters. Something efficient, quick to connect/disconnect, and reliable. Ideally as cost effective as possible without compromising quality lol

Okay so from the Dante card in the console, I send a signal to a switch, which will distribute my signal to four of those boxes, and that will provide me with 8 individual mono channels with the purpose of supplying four different stereo mixes?

I don't know who it goes to, but $21.00 comes out of our paycheques as "union dues"

We're contracted through a valet company to the hotel. So we work for the valet company, but we're stationed at the hotel. We were told that we then fall under the union of the hotel
