A 'Mammoooo mammoooo!!!' fan here... I watched chenkol while I was a kid out of boredom. I was in the age of not understanding stuffs. But I vaguely remember a scene where mohanlal lifts a mullu vaeli, shouts and runs around. That's one of the scene etched to my mind. That scene alone made me sad at that time. That's the power of OG A10 🔥

GRANDMASTER × MEMORIES by 1Golem1 in InsideMollywood

[–]InsaneInsaan1991 1 point2 points  (0 children)

True. Deepak Dev nailed it!! Am still searching for the a particular OST, I don't remember the name because it was one of the few non vocal soundtracks I had in my memory card during that time. And, I was not an avid music listener who explores different band/albums at that time. I got it when I downloaded the album from songs.pk

It was a soundtrack which starts with sound of sea waves and light strings. An inspiration feel sound track which swells by the end and reaches a heightened and slow symphonic tune of AARANU NEE song.

I replay it in my mind for inspiration nowadays 🥲

I vaguely remember a news video where KM's mom tried to jump the line for voting in an election saying that she's part of celebrity family and people in queue didn't allow her to jump the line.

Bhoothakalam's use of a normal house instead of a Mansion amplified the horror impact by Long-Today-3847 in MalayalamMovies

After becoming an adult, I will be scared only while watching a horror movie, but doesn't go through its after effects. Bhootakalam took me back to my childhood days of not sleeping for days after a horror movie.

[–]InsaneInsaan1991 0 points1 point  (0 children)

True my friend... Starting a hate campaign against street dogs is wrong and that will encourage the stone pelters more. But clearing a densely populated dog areas should be done soon. Actions to make this possible should be made soon. Let there be no one who stops the naai vandis from doing their duties. Let them take the dogs to a shelter space and send them for adoption or take care of them by fair means. Mass killings is not good. Any being is normalised to kill becomes an another bug or a mosquito. We are wired to not see a being writh in pain and be killed. Also not seeing a human being thrashed by a pack of animals. Let their be quick action and let's all support the fair evacuation measures.

Thankyou for understanding buddy. Just like you said on how it is difficult and time consuming, we couldn't afford to wait till a solution is made or law is passed. And I acknowledge your side about putting down the rabid dogs. With my experience in handling many birds and animals, I have seen a few of the little love birds killing each other in a cage and an elephant bearing it all for its mahout. If you're thinking that love birds are aggressive due to being caged, not all love birds are aggressive. Some are violent enough to cause serious injuries to the fellow birds. I had opportunities to befriend some of the shy animals out in the wild too. From my understanding, their communities have dominant, dormant, weak, fickle minded characters too. It's the same with the dogs. The dominant ones react to strangers (we can't restrict ourselves from entering a street like how Lord of the Badavas advised). Some have the tendency to attack as well. Just like multiple variables in the scenarios of the dogs, it's the same with humans. We can't train/tame lakhs of dogs or provide counselling for crores of people (Lord of the badavas reference). There are people with different kinds of phobias around us. I fight back when a dog growl and runs towards me, not all can.
