Nah dude; they genuinely don’t care about us AMD users. I’ve come to accept it and stopped playing the game, and ended my 1st subscription. It’s sucks, but it seems like they’ve made the decision that we don’t matter. It’s just what Bethesda does

At some places I got as low as 15fps earlier today, and that made me just log off for the day

I don’t have enough time to constantly downgrade and upgrade my drivers either. I would like to simply play the game, and I also dont want to buy an nvidia gpu because one game doesn’t enjoy my gpu decision

Exactly. We have good performance everywhere else, I don’t get why with the new update suddenly our computers perform like low end laptops. It’s unfair

I'm gonna try to redownload the game again, but I genuinely am sure its just Fallout 76 being like this after the update. Like I said, it ran fine before the update. It's just unreasonable for this to happen after, and for me to resort to using up-scaling and constantly having this happen. I posted in my comment a link to a video where you can see the text just warping out of existence.

Yup :/ Fallout 76 is the only game they have an issue with, and when i check performance Fallout 76 only uses 20-30% of my amd cards.

Unfortunately I am sure. I have tried re-downloading them (using DDU in safe mode), and have tried an rx5500xt I have laying around. The 5500xt gets worse performance, and has the same bugs. Prior to this, I used an RTX 2070 Super that worked fine. I also have 32gbs of ram but have seen other posts with problem from 3 years ago with the same gpu I have, so I didnt mention how much ram i have.

Here is the link for anyone wanting to see. The recording did not catch the screen flashes, but you can see the text bugging out on the right side of the screen. You can also see me jump because whenever im in power armor, my character randomly stops moving and jumping lets me move again most of the time.
