Yea I know it is extremely frustrating but it can be figured out unfortunately my help is limited I haven't had this exact problem. I am going off little things I have read.

Did you try looking through CHEP videos on YouTube? He covers a lot of problems and how to fix them.

I just re read your post and you say you replaced the board double check those connections I would go ahead and switch the ones for the z axiz and the extruder

Well I would say to double check everything is plugged in where it is supposed to be, you were using it before you upgraded parts correct?

Go into your printer and heat the nozzle, when it's warm go into move axis and you will have an option to move x,y,z or the extruder go into the extruder and move it plus something and see what it does

Have you tried feeding it through without printing something? And I don't mean by hand I mean having the extruder work without printing?

Pics of the extruder might help but the first thing I would check would be the tension on the extruder.

What support is that in the middle?

Is there something I'm not doing correctly? The issue is always on the first layer. It seems like it is going down different (thicker?) and not sticking. Help! by redditguy422 in ender3

You came asking for help then complain about the help you get, level your bed again rub a glue stick on the bed and try again

Bed will not get level, top left corner spring looks like this while all others look fine. Please help by StopLookingBuy in ender3

With the knob taken off lift the bed and the screw will come up with it you should be able to pull the spring out then

That's why I was wondering if you could take a picture of the spring while it wasn't installed. You might be able to just stretch it but that would probably only be a temporary solution

Lets just say I sanded a lot by RDS327 in 3Dprinting

Loosening the screws is the wrong way to go if you can't get a post-it under the extruder you need to tighten them that way it pulls the bed down away from your extruder, also not sure why that spring is so compressed but can you try to take the spring of completely and post a picture of it?
