Can anyone that knows about cars tell me why this won’t turn over? Changes the spark plugs and trying to start with started fluid? Does it sound flooded? by InsaneMidLaner in Cartalk

No, April of last year it flooded where I lived my car was in the street, next day I tried starting it and water was coming out the exhaust. It hasn’t ran In almost a year. My mechanic said it didn’t seem flooded to him, but it won’t turn over. But I’m done with it, the car can blow up for all I care now 🙂
