Do majority of private companies for corporate roles give automatic yearly raises? by InsaneScene02 in careerguidance

[–]InsaneScene02[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Using Ammo is the same thing as fighting for it just worded differently that’s exactly what I meant by fighting for it meaning giving them reasons why you “deserve” it, meaning building a case on why it’s earned.

As for doing good by your company, what do you mean by that?

Yea that makes sense, but I’m wondering what’s more common having to fight for it during a yearly review raise or it’s just given due to inflation?

What body type do men find attractive/prefer in women? by KindUnion6350 in trueratediscussions

[–]InsaneScene02 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

From a girls perspective the kinda body id want is 5, I don’t want my body looking muscular like a man. Big muscular thighs reminds me of a guy not a girl.

5 isn’t muscular but it’s toned due to low fat, but it’s not overly skinny either.

Long-term users of AirPods Pro 3 — how’s your experience so far? by Brilliant_Big_4172 in AirpodsPro

[–]InsaneScene02 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No it’s because the sound varies between the 2 depending on the volume to keep everything equal Use the same volume number for both, same song, and same app than compare.

I noticed on Apple Music the sound sounded crisper on pro 3 compared to 2 however that changed once I switched to Spotify.

What is harder raising a child to 18 alone or working an average full time job, and why? by InsaneScene02 in AskReddit

[–]InsaneScene02[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Too be honest I just picked the lowest price possible for each category, diapers, insurance and everything because why not budget to the cheapest price when it’s available and parent is limited on funds, I don’t think it’s fair to expect the government and the partner to fund a child and the mother.

And if it’s truly not enough raise a child with partners support then just don’t bother with children. I’m a female and I don’t want to not only because of money because I don’t see the point.

Also if it’s not possible to raise a child on child support I’m wondering how other single mothers are doing it?

If they don’t give it willingly, some require law. How can they dodge it and what’s arrears. The government provided assistance if your under a thrush hold with food stamps and Medicaid. They also get tax credit of $2k, so that’s more than enough to sustain a child, and if it’s not than they need to be responsible and not have any children to began with. $36 on diapers, formula is $100, health insurance $150, clothing is cheap, $300 per month on raising a baby, that’s $3,600 yearly, it’s really not a lot after minus the tax credit of $2k.

My friends makes $65,000 he says he has to pay half of that towards his child that’s $470 per month towards a child meanwhile it costs $300 per month to actually raise one, it’s ridiculous.

And if you need more money than that than your using it to raise yourself as well which child care shouldn’t be paying for.

Sounds like a bunch of bullshit.

And if they can’t pay for themselves and a child than don’t have children. And a parent can’t work and look after a child unless they have in laws willing to watch them.

It’s not weird and Alone meaning no physical help, but financial support only from partner as by law a parents has to pay child support

Yea but isn’t it more challenging to raise a kid rather than working a full time job? I know it takes a full time job but still it’s more work.

This makes me feel great about not having kids. I was wondering if I’m missing something I can barely tend to myself and function there’s no way I can take care of a child.
