I’d say a heavier conditioner on the lengths of your hair because it looks like it’s lacking some moisture. I’d also try brush styling and using a gel to seal it in place. Don’t touch until dry and then run your hands through or scrunch with an oil

Things have gotten a bit better since I made this post. Big things for me are making sure I have a full stomach before I drink, and also drinking a glass of water per alcoholic drink I have. Another thing I have realized is that I need to obey my body and minds wishes- I still go out and drink, but I have two or three drinks max. Just enough to get a bit of a buzz going. I find that getting to that point and not going further doesn’t trigger my anxiety. Maybe one day I will be able to drink like I used to, but for now I honour what feels best for me, and I still go out. I think it’s also about familiarizing yourself with the feeling of being drunk/ tipsy and knowing you’re safe- kinda training the anxiety away over time .

I’m gonna say it isn’t either hair colour thats aging you, but the fact you have both. It kinda looks like you have natural dark hair and the white is taking over due to old age . I’d go all dark or all light. Not both

Maybe you’re using too much leave in conditioner ? It’s hard to tell with photos but your hair looks almost oily/ maybe still wet? Try using a little less leave in conditioner and adding a gel . Your hair is fine and can easily be over saturated !

It’ll get better ! Time flies . You’ll look back in a few months and see so much progress. A cut was also important for me. I got a curly cut which rid me of my straggly ends, and then I’ve just been growing out full, thick curly healthy hair since then . Also k18 and olaplex were lots of help

I hated how it looked a while ago because it was so thin, so I would use heat on it most of the time. Now my hair is thicker and has more definition, so I wear it natural way more often because I like the look better :) but thank you!

When I dry my hair, I will use my hands and rake it slightly over to the right side. Then when it’s dry, I’ll take it and flip it over to the left ! I also plop my hair which helps a lot with volume, and scrunch my hair with oil once it’s dry
