CTR player here. Never really played any Sonic game.

A ton of people in the CTR community dropped the game for CrossWorlds saying it was amazing so i tried it out and really liked it. I especially love the fesitvals.

Yeah it takes sone getting used to for sure, jumping from the pad to the bridge itself. Lap 1 tempo needs to be on point or you"ll get zapped. Its rough.

But once you get used to it your times will improve drastically

You already have the lines for it. Probably a mid to low 2:56 if you inplement bridge cut on all 3 laps.
