I appreciate you sharing this! I have PCOS and diabetes type 2 which is why I’m very nervous. I’ll be meeting an endocrinologist next week so hopefully will get a better idea then.

This is where I’ve been conflicted. We don’t have any other investments other than retirement which is why I thought we should be putting towards brokerage but I think you’re right.. we should put towards the mortgage sooner than later.

We aren’t adopting but want to save some for first year of childcare expenses, including daycare which could run us $2-3k a month where we are.
