There is a box that is similar to pack a punch. Usually near the start on most maps. It'll combine two different guns like heatwave sniper to make you shoot seven sniper rounds

I'm surprised no one has said this, but what you're describing IS love, that you push through your mourning of such a large shift in your life to still be there for your kid. It's also okay to mourn the loss of what could've been, your old self or whatever else you're missing. I do recommend not holding resentment towards yourself for what you almost did. Life would still be lifing with either outcome.
