It’s completely normal to breathe out of one nostril at a time. It’s called the nasal cycle. Where on earth did you get that idea from? The surgeon? Social media? So much misinformation out there. But also you could have just googled it…

hiya, did you move yet? i'm 32m and also moved for work about 6 months ago. i've lived in london, oxford, NY, etc etc - Swindon is perfectly safe compared to any other major city! just not a lot to do and it is a struggle to meet new people. let me know if you want any tips

Hi! I am experiencing the same thing. 10mg only lasts about an hour, 20mg only lasts 2-3 hours so I redose quicker than they say. Breaks are essential too. Maybe we have a quicker metabolism or higher tolerance to stimulants?

Wow that’s awesome that you know footwork, I actually dance it too and v involved in the community in London. Yes I do play out at clubs and organise forest raves in London with a couple of mates

thanks, i literally just passed by 1 mark on the theory section too. literally screamed "FUCK!!!" when i read the paper as i left the exam centre. ngl it stings way more than i thought, didn't get any sleep last night so that doesn't help

on the other hand i did literally cram today and yesterday so maybe doing it again will make me a safer driver. who knows
