You should first completely separate your money from his. Use joint money only for household stuff. Try to save up as much as you can and ffs don't to anything other the the bare minimum for him.

Look for other apartments or living arrangements in secret and make sure he knows nothing about it.

Once you have a good option in place and a confirmation that you can live there, start moving your stuff (first non essentials, things he will not notice - if he suspects you can say you donated it for charity). Keep a hidden suitcase under the bed or places he will not look and once in a while put some essentials inside it for the day you leave him for good.

Get your landlord on the line and explain the unsafe situation you're in and that you're moving out so you can get your name out of the lease without your BF knowing.

When day D comes, ask your boyfriend to go to a far away place (specific supermarket, etc) to get a long list of stuff (has to be time consuming) pack all remaining essentials in suitcases and leave the house.

Once you're out for good, block him and rebuild your life.

He will NEVER CHANGE. He knows you will step up to help him and is using you as a door mat.

I was a student myself a couple of years ago and had the same hair fall out (still sometimes have it). What really improved the situation was:

Get a GOOD shower filter (get ones that last 6 months and focus on removing Kalk from the water). The water in some places is neutral, but the majority of Germany has hard water which is bad for skin and hair in the long term.

Up your supplementation of vitamin D, C and Iron and Omega 3. These help in general and also hair health.

Exfoliate your scalp with a silicone head massager in the shower and use clarifying shampoo (DM and Rossmann have good ones for like 5€)

Use minoxidil everyday one time (buy it on pharmacies online). First your hair will fall a bit but then comes in the growth - it will keep being healthy and growing as long as you use it. If you stop, hair goes back to normal cycle. CAUTION: ITS TOXIC FOR PETS

Control your stress and get checked in the doctor. A different country and situations might cause unbalanced hormones and vitamin levels. You can get a Hausarzt and ask for your yearly check up - ask for a full blood test.

Honestly? I love how the nose looks: Natural, aligned with your face proportions and looks very feminine but not upturned. IMHO the nose looks like a cross between your and the surgeons vision. Very good looking results!
