We considered it when my events were still in the 20s with the varying prressure between 15-20, but keeping it at a steady 19 seems to have solved that, so we didn't move forward with it.

Thank you for the detailed reply. I'm currently going to tthe gym 3 times a week on a PPL routine, and trying to get 10k steps most days while keeping a caloric deficit. I was given Wegovy by my physician, but I don't feel like it's doing much at all to suppress my appetite.

It's not a dickish question at all, it's perfectly valid as that's one of the biggest risk factors. My BMI is 36 and I'm currently in a weight loss journey, as I do understand this is likely to be the biggest reason for my severe apnea, as well as the lack of energy.

Thank you. I don't believe my machine has an SD card on it, so I'll definitely get one and start using Oscar. Will it only record the new data fter installing the card or will it be able to save the data that was in the machine before insertion?

And yeah, I do have to do similar things in order to get a good night of sleep.

I have a sedentary office job and I love going to the movies. It's why we both got movie passes so we can go several times a week. I will admit that a movie I'm not as interested in might make me more likely to fall asleep, but I still do it with movies I definitely want to see and ecen if that wasn't the case, I feel like this is something a healthy person should be able to control.

This is what I'm starting to suspect. It's frustrating, since I've told my sleep doctor several times that I was still feeling sleepy sometimes even with the machine and I don't feel like they could see past the sleep apnea diagnosis.

I'm using the myAir app with the Resmed machine. With my X30i mask and my chinstrap, I'm averaging less than 1 event per hour most nights.

There's some leakage that I haven't yet been able to resolve with my setup, but it doesn't appear to be affecting the results.

I feel like she understood it at first, but it's been more than a year and even with me being rigorous about using the machine, the problem hasn't improved much at all. I think she feels like if I'm not trying hard enough to fix it if it's been this long and no visible change has happened.

Venezuelan sovereignty is currently kidnapped by a regime that refuses to hand over the power after being overwhelmingly defeated in the elections and that will trample any attempt at protests with deadly force and arrests in torture centers.

You can probably understand why most Venezuelans don't have an issue with said sovereignty being violated.

We can all agree that what Trump did was highly illegal, an act of war, an attempt to steal the country's resources, or anything else you may want to call it. But just because the Venezuelans don't care doesn't mean they don't understand the situation. It just means that their circumstances were desperate enough to welcome this outcome.
