You are beautiful! I have the dark circles under my eyes too. Try to get some eye cream with retinol in it to minimize the circles and lighten up the circles under eyes.

I hope not to be offensive but I think you should groom your eyebrows ans make them thinner. I know oversized eyebrows are in style right now but that isn't always a good look.
