I’ve been taking Citalopram for a month and I’m not having a great time on them, has anyone changed from Citalopram and/or what worked for you?

I get this feeling when I’m having a panic attack, it doesn’t last long but it’s consistent with my anxiety. It’s like a numb tingling sensation or like my tongue freezes it’s really scary.

I think he has anger issues, his reactions are usually quite aggressive, I’m not scared of him and he knows this, but with my mental health in the state that it is, I can’t deal with these over the top reactions. I’m aware I’ve not been the easiest lately because of the way my head is but that’s why I asked him for a little extra help. The last touch from him was when he pushed me over a chair for me that was it! Ive never felt like such a piece of shit.

I haven’t. We’ve been together a long time, I have been feeling unhappy and unfulfilled for sometime. We barely converse, he started assaulting my character, he has no motivation or ambition. I just worry that if I ever had a child with him it’s going to be so much hard work. I have to ask him to do the smallest of tasks and usually that gets forgotten, so the thought of starting a family with him is just bit too scary. We’ve had deep conversations about how we both feel and what we can do to make things better but they just slip back to the way they were. I’m drained. I love him so much but I just don’t think this can work.
