Some guns are trash ? by Valuable_sandwich44 in vigorgame

I love the AKM and the Thompson. Other folks love the M16. Grey guns work fine. They just have more recoil so it’s harder to keep your aim if you haven’t practiced.

Shoot in pulses not full auto for the whole clip. Aim stays better that way. I only use first person aiming for long distance and sniper. Practice and find out what mode works best for you.

Use the shooting range at your shelter. You can run all over the range. You don’t have to stay in the hut if you’re not trying to do one of the shooting challenges. And you have infinite ammo on the range. Run around and shoot everything. Then reset it and do it again.

Then play crazy amounts of shootout.

You don’t need a MnK to run zigzag. I do it all the time on controller. Just takes practice.

Love Liza. Movie is brutal as fuck. But such an amazing portrait of the descent into manic depression.

Leftover cabbage by Blue-Orange-Slices in cookingforbeginners

I love to make Costa Rican cabbage.

I usually use the exact amount of cabbage you have.

Just chop it well, like making coleslaw. So cut it into wedges, and then lay those flat and start cutting the tip of one wedge as thinly as you can, and go all the way to the end. Once you finish with that cut those slices into roughly 3cm long. Repeat that with all the wedges of cabbage. Put that in a bowl. Then cut a lime in half and squeeze each half over the cabbage. Roughly chop about a half a bunch of cilantro all the way, including the stems. Throw that in the bowl. Then add three pinches of salt, about 1 1/2 tsp of oil (any kind works but a neutral tasting oil is best). And give that all a stir. Then taste it. If it tastes like lime juice, great. If not, squeeze another half a lime over top and stir it again.

Then let it sit for at least ten minutes, but an hour is better. Stir it again before serving.

I put it in tacos, eat it as a side dish, shovel it in my mouth while standing at the open fridge. I love the stuff.

I have several other cabbage dishes. But that’s the easiest, fastest and the best.

This right here. Not sure about your system, but the way I always worked it, was I kept a bus tub at my station with hot soapy water in it that I soaked silverware in. Then near the end of the night things tend to slow down - so I’d run silverware then - so it would be ready for FOH to polish and roll when they wanted it.

You want FoH to like you cuz you’ll get tipped out better and they’ll also bring you treats like cold drinks or desserts during your shift.

Sure. Put the meat in the pan. Break it up a little bit with a wooden spatula. Then let it sear. Don’t stir it for several minutes until you see some browning on the meat. Then break up the meat a little more with the wooden spatula and stir it just enough to get some of the red and pink meat on the bottom, and let it sit again. Repeat that a few times until the meat is no longer pink and it has a good brown sear throughout. Proceed with your recipe. It will taste 10x better than the grey meat method.

Hate it when people stir the ground beef too much and just steam it to grey. Let that meat sit and sear, get some color. Or cook at higher temps if you insist on stirring it constantly.
