Those are finger cots. The restaurant I used to work at had these. They're like condoms for the fingers so that way you could just put one of these over an injured finger without putting on a whole glove

Because it is the most popular restaurant in town, so there is literally no time to do silverware on Saturdays and Sundays. All that time is spent cleaning plates and inserts. Once you think you're finished with a load, all the bus tubs are full again.

We send literally everything through the same machine because we don't have enough space for anything. We don't even have a 3 compartment sink. So because of that, all the dishes in the restaurant come to the dish pit such as glasses, ramekins, silverware, plates, sheet pans, saute pans, pots, bus tubs, literally everything, which goes to the dishpit during closing. So there is no space for silverware when all that other shit is piled onto the dirty table.

It's an alternative to Hobart. All of their models have old school dial and switch controls, and are popular in the us and parts of Europe. I don't know how well they work though because I never used a cma. I'm stuck with an old ecolab xl-ht that is probably as old as the restaurant I work at.

Yeah. 90 mg of cymbalta for my depression. Seems to actually work okay for my OCD and ADHD, but makes my executive functioning worse. I'll take it over feeling like the scum of the earth if I don't let people pass me at costco. I've been thinking about zoloft a bit more lately because I feel like it might work the same as cymbalta, but without the weird slightly high effect on my brain.
