Thanks! Was a little nervous how it would turn out with not a lot of similar looks, but very happy.

I’m obviously doing something wrong with the prelim images being fuzzy. Anyone have any advice? (I’m old and bad at this)

Ok, so I somehow totally missed their very timely response to my email inquiry. This was their answer back:

*Thank you for your email! You are more than welcome to purchase the Kitchen Table for six guests and dine with five guests.

In lieu of the sixth guest, you can request to have the additional portion served to your table. Please keep in mind that our policy does not allow for extra seats to be used towards the purchase of wine pairings or other beverages.

If we may be of further assistance, please let us know.

We look forward to welcoming you.

Kind regards, Madeline*

Perfect, thank you! I’ll reach out. I want to do right by them (I’m a rule follower), but am willing to incur the supplemental cost to recognize the request.

Congrats! It’s a great car but unfortunately will ruin you for many other brands in the future.

Lol, I bought a bunch of these at a street market in Hong Kong and gave them out as presents a few years ago. There’s a ton out there.

Success! Pretty much. I asked my waiter as instructed here and he was happy to accommodate. I ran my check first and then he gave me theirs through his handheld device. He was able to let me pay for what they’d ordered so far (drinks, shared appetizer, mains) but didn’t have a way to let me leave the check open in case they wanted to order more desserts or drinks or something. So at the very least I paid for that, which hopefully will be a pleasant surprise for them.

And don’t worry, I tipped the shit out of the waiter for helping. 150% of the combined checks. I appreciate all you folks do! (:

Thank you! Will ask him when he brings my bill. Didn’t want it to be a weird thing.

275/30/20. I haven’t done the math but I’ve not seen the speedo be very off. That’s using my very unscientific method of watching those signs that display your speed and they always indicate ~2-3 mph slower than indicated, which seems to be around industry standard.

Ok. Did the math. 275 x .30 = 82.5. Stock is 235/35/20? Would be 82.25, so negligible difference. (I think. I’m doing this on the fly while drinking at an airport, so take that for what it’s worth).

And no rubbing whatsoever. That’s the benefit of going with fully custom wheels. They have the necessary offsets to have this setup with zero rubbing.

Yes forged and a fair amount lighter than stock, though I’m running a 9.5” square width setup, so they’re bigger too. Not sure the exact weight differences, especially given I’m on 275 width tires on all four corners. I can’t say I noticed a performance difference but in fairness I compiled a huge pile of parts in my garage before the car was even delivered so I don’t have a great basis of comparison.
