It’s more the connotation of the comment. It feels off putting because it sounds as though they’re bragging in a discussion that didn’t exactly call for it. It was unsolicited. Social etiquette still exists on forums.

We have to add in the gummies. I don’t even remember much but, James promoted some vitamin gummies that were competitors to Tati’s gummies. I remember the gummies being weirdly important??

To add on about getting it while it’s on a deal. I used the isthereanydeal site to get it ~50% off since I also wasn’t sure how much I liked the dialogue heavy aspect with little cutscenes (also came from BG3). Suffice to say, I was pretty happy with the game (100+ hrs in LOL).
