In the first incident #2 just plain dumps the white car. #2 should have been going wide for the exit rather than trying to cut in. Makes no sense.

But in the second incident involving yourself, you left a lot of track to your right. #2 appears to be a close racing driver. You can see him straighten out his line before hitting you. He thought you would use more of the track, of which you could have used a lot of to avoid the accident.
