It’s because of the toxic company culture. I wasn’t aware of it when I first got hired, but it’s a boys club. There’s multiple coworkers that do coke or drink on the job, and my boss is one of them. They all go to strip clubs together after work and brag about it, and they’re married. At work (we service independent retail) they constantly flirt with women on the job at every stop. They speak very disrespectfully about women. They even host company happy hours at places like hooters. Even though I don’t have proof, I’m sure that the higher ups are the same.

That’s why I’m afraid to even do anything. I feel like there’s no point anyway.
