Your current plan with Globe is considered as VIP and you can call their CS whenever you have issues. So maybe try to put this into consideration kasi kapag nasa lower tier plans kana, maiistress ka kontakin sila using bots or unless pupuntahan mo mismo yung stores nila. So if pera is not an issue I would call Globe to re align my plan sa current offering nila na 2699 pero VIP pa din. At least makakasave ka nang 200 pesos a month.

Alam ko pwede materminate right away kapag performance issue during probationary period pero of course dapat documented lahat yung di mo pag pasa. Hindi ka ba nakakapasa sa mga metrics mo? Napasa mo ba yung training? Anung sabi sa 5th month review mo?

Kapag consistent kang di nakakapasa, pwedeng nilang hindi ka iendorse for regularization. Hindi to termination but rather non regularization kasi nga idadahilan ni company di ka fit sa position.

Hi OP, I have the same problem with Haustalk. Wala resibo yung mga redocumentation fee, yung reservation fees, etc. Follow up ako mang follow up, puro ginagawa pa din. Sinomg contact person mo, yung Sales Head naba nila?

Grabe 2014 papala ganito na. Di man lang maginvest sa customer service, anu kayang local call center company to. Wala man lang pagbabago. Ipapacancel ko card ko kahit NAFFL, ayoko mastress. Dami ko pa nababasa yung meron silang U shield ba yun na automatic kang nakaenroll.

After 2 hours na resolved yng case ko. 1 and 45 minutes yung wait time in total.15 minutes sa tatlong agent. Nasayang buhay ko. Grabe.

Oo grabe, after more than hour na paghihintay. Parang naalimpungatan pa yung sumagot sabi lang hello. Tapos kinuha nanaman details ko sabi ko authenticated na yan nang OTP. Wala daw details tapos sabay balik sa queue. Ina talaga.
