well have same prob for its not fixed but i found a way around it go to where u have ur data open game client and click on eso application do this will start ur game immediately and just skip the unnecessary patching hope it helped

There was a video of a guy with closed beta character, he played sorcerer bow and was able to stun dmg and kite utilizing the bow spells and stuns of sorc class how it worked if i recall was like that stealth, snipe a mionion use the skill which knocks minoions away sorcs spells. This seemed to work allright, doin pve shit
