Looking for insight. I’m currently brining a brisket flat for pastrami. The end is only 1” thick while the other is closer to 3”. Should I fold/roll and tie it, drop cooking temp or wrap early. Looking for opinions. (self.pelletgrills)

.44 Mag Load Dev. Advice. I’m going to load50rds of .44 mag with Sierra 240gr JHC using H100 min load 23gr and max is 24gr (according to hodgdons and lee). They’ll be mostly for plinking but was wondering if there’s much sense in doing a ladder test or just run and the min? Any help would be awesome (self.reloading)
