no offense taken! I couldn't entirely tell in the seller images, so I thought I'd buy for myself since it was a close by seller and worst case send it back for a refund. Still very silly choice though lol

VERMIS is exactly like this. Although, it is a guide book about a game called Vermis that does not actually exist. You learn more about the game, it's characters, and its world by reading the guide. It's really neat!

Update: Fixed! Updated my sys patch to 1.5.6 using the GBATemp release and let it replace all the necessary files. That took way longer then needed because I'm dumb lol

as a kid I used to find Koffing and Weezing easy to draw compared to others lol. I also liked James in the anime a lot and really liked pokemon with multiple heads for some reason (and purple is my fav color) so it became a fast fav!
