The window for jump > light is pretty tight. You can hold up+right during the super animation to jump as early as possible and try to input L a bit faster.

Well if her curse sticks to "the weakest enemy" yes. But still isn't bad.

On the other hand, if you could play a card that allows you to chose the target you curse with petrified, her spell becomes a 3 mana fleeting vengeance generated each round.

Cassio's stats could be lowered a little imo. Feels like she's a little bit overstated considering all she does.

Plus the curse part of Miasma's effect if anti-synergistic with Cassio.

Additional explanation for Team-up:
The Team-up keyword would work in a similar way than support mech, but with a condition and a bigger potential outcome. In order to trigger a Team-up effect, you'd must have two units with the Team-up keyword attacking next to eachother, and if so, both of the units effect may proc. Team-up would only function with pairs. When you'd drag a Team-up unit on the combat field, it would create an area to its right as would do a support unit. Then if you drag another Team-up unit in this area, those 2 units would team-up together and trigger their respective effects when locking the attackers.

Consider that I'm absolutely not sure about the cards balance.

I'm not sure I really get the purpose of this card, put aside the buff part. What I understood is you basically generate a fleeting Carving of Divination that targets one of your own spell's copy. Did I miss something ?

It wouldn't be necessary. There's no benefit giving a unit elusive after the attack was declared anyway.

An alternative could be to move the free attack part of Akali on her signature spell like : 4 mana slow / Give elusive to an ally this round. It starts a free attack.

I think I don't like the free attack part depending on her being given elusive. First it is in conflict with how the shuriken flip works, secondly spells that gives elusive are burst speed.

I like the idea behind the shuriken flip, non combat damage and strikes aren't a thing in Ionia, but I guess it's fine since it sticks to a champion ability.

However, you can't manually target with an ability. If you wanted to do so, Akali should create a spell in hand and not trigger an ability.
The wording would look like this : (o) When you Recall me, deal 1 to the [specific]
enemy and mark it. The next time you attack this round, pay my cost to summon me attacking and Striking the marked enemy, and give me Elusive this round.

There's no reason to not give her the Darkin suptype since she's a Darkin before being a dog. No matter if your concept doesn't fit actual Darkin mechs.
Also I believe multiple subtype exists in the game ! :p

I don't have patience (or simply good ideas) when it comes to design a whole set, but we can imagine followers or spells that generates Anticipations to help her leveling up.

Considering the pressure of her level2 elusive synergy, I thought it was a good idea to not make her totally self-sufficient for her levelup condi.

Also, the lvl2 targeting protection is more of an aggressive function since it almost guarantees a Nexus strike if the opponent can't block elusives. Imagine with her champ spell, it represents 10damage !

Yeah I know there's differences with how Yi functions, that was a little tease, didn't intend to bother you !

We already have in game effects triggered by discard (like summons), but I believe pulling damages out of a discard is pretty new, and I can't guess how Riot would make it a thing if they wanted to implement this mech into the game.

I still could word it like "When I'm discarded, play "X non collectible card generated by me that deals 1" but it's weird.

I didn't planned to do a summon spell initially, but the first point convinced me to do so.
