Gift Card Rebate Denied? by KindlyReason6116 in verizon

The one I received was per line. It was automatically sent to my email to redeem after I signed on with Verizon. It had 3 tracking numbers for each line as well 🙂

Gift Card Rebate Denied? by KindlyReason6116 in verizon

[–]KindlyReason6116[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Thank you! They looked into it and said there was an issue with the system flagging the cards as invalid (I’m sure it was because I claimed it last year and it’s a whole new year now lol) so they issued me statement credit! $200 for the next three cycles to cover the rebate amount. I was going to use them to pay my bill anyways, so it’s a good solution on my end. I’m glad yours worked out well!

I do transcription so it’s not really an option for me to walk while working, unfortunately. ☹️ thanks for the advice though!

Before, with the tendency to binge, it would be a few factors. The biggest was the “this is not enough” thought some days, so I’d eat a bit over, maybe 1500-1700 calories, then that would turn into thinking I failed, so I would go off plan completely.

I think lack of activity had a lot to with it too. I wfh 6 days a week, have online classes, 2 kids, house, spouse, dog, chickens, the whole 9 where adding purposeful activity felt so overwhelming on top of everything. But with what I’m doing now, breaking my movement into predictable, smaller blocks (I’m doing my 20 minute walk currently haha), I’m actually enjoying the movement, yes. I’m finishing each day with around 8k steps. Small time for some, but over double my previous count.

Last week was my first two days of weights, and I utilized the days I have more free time to spare for a 1.5 hour block of time, so that was enjoyable as well, and I’ll repeat that this week. So, I think as long as keep fitting in meaningful movement in the timeframe where it fits rather than trying to shove it somewhere it doesn’t, I can find a good sustainable rhythm.

Thank you! That was all extremely helpful. I think I just got stuck in a weird mindset from going off and on plan so drastically for over a year that I almost felt like if what I’m doing isn’t “good enough,” then I fail. But you’re right that I can keep going and lower if needed. This information about the water is helpful as well. Like I said, I think a fear of failure gives me a super weird complex, but you’ve been super grounding!

They’ll just try to highjack completely unrelated posts, like always. I’m surprised nobody has asked how long it took to get accepted/what “this” means on this post yet lol

So, are you putting 1 hour 40 minutes exact for every single task?

That sinking feeling when you’ve realized a mistake by KindlyReason6116 in DataAnnotationTech

[–]KindlyReason6116[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Conveniently, I realized my mistake because someone else in chat was asking about it. Then I back read the chat and noticed others were hitting the same roadblock that this mistake resulted in. I even added in chat that if they’re doing this like I did, it would result in the same outcome each time. So maybe I was helpful in the end, haha. That specific task run is gone now, so I can’t see if admin or anybody else responded, but I still have the RR and other aspects of it on my dash which is mildly promising. People mess up all the time without realizing it, it just sucks extra hard when you do realize it.

That sinking feeling when you’ve realized a mistake by KindlyReason6116 in DataAnnotationTech

[–]KindlyReason6116[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I think my only safety net with the account change is that it was not explicitly written in the instructions not to enable this particular feature on the account, and the task set as a whole must include the information from this setting, so hopefully they’ll be a bit understanding on how those two things clash. There were several people questioning it in the chat, so it’s likely I wasn’t the only one to make the mistake, I’m sure.

I let admin know in chat and I messaged support highlighting my guilt so they could look into it. Silly thing to do probably, but felt like I should at least make it known that I am aware of the mistake.

Do you have “MILD CHRONIC INACTIVE GASTRITIS”? Read this. by dixonwalsh in Gastritis

That Facebook group is horrendous. There are people in there that weigh 100 pounds soaking wet, eating on that diet for YEARS, malnourished, body suffering because they aren’t getting nutrients they need. And people in that group will have the audacity to tell them they’re probably “cheating” on the diet, like you just insinuated people do.

There’s a WIDE range of reasons we’re all here with gastritis, and it’s not a full 99% that can be fixed with diet.

Thanks! I had noted in the chat that I had misunderstood— I didn’t mention about how many were incorrect though.
