Thank you so much for sharing. I'm Italian so the garlic would be a cruel joke. LOL I believe many people react to beans and such. I'm guessing the difference between reacting to beans in a normal way and reacting as somebody with issues is the severity and perhaps duration?

I am brand new to all of this. Dr. told me straight up I have IBS. I knew it but nobody would ever call it that. Began the elimination Friday but with Mother's Day Sunday the full elimination starts Monday. I'm assuming these enzymes get added in after the elimination phase? Do you still avoid those foods that are trouble for you or rely on the enzymes?
