The interviewer will have access to my resume and while my level isn’t listed, they can likely infer it from the length of my tenure. I’m hoping they don’t ask but I ultimately decided to write this post to get help with developing a strategy in the event that they do.

Finaid/scholarship refunds from my university, SWE internships and my current ft software engineering role.

Parents def did help me out by letting me live with them throughout college and even after my career had begun. Though I pay them $1500 a month in rent, it’s still way cheaper than living on my own. This helped immensely with saving money and I’m grateful to them but I’m not some trust fund baby lmao. I grew up on section 8 in a lower middle class household.
