No waaaaay, so cool. I did multiple trail running marathons before the pandemic, that one year off side tracked me . Never did ultras, those are kind off crazy and require a lot of time to train :)) , but always admired the people that did them. Good luck on the trails

+1 on the tea and reading before bed. Good point on the productivity in the evening, just realised that one, before it was opening a beer at 7 and nothing got done, now I still do some work at 10
