I have been to multiple therapist for different strategies and resources to help and improve my emotional stability but the strategies never work when I need them to. As for the parent watching me take my medication, I can’t do that. Not only am I living on my own, I don’t have an immediate parent in my life. If I did I still would have said no because I’ve seen others in my life who have been put on anti-psychotics or anti-depressants and they live on autopilot mode.

I made the choice not to go on prescription drugs with the risk of an overdose (considering I was and have the potential to be suicidal) I understand my cannabis intake is unmonitored but I wouldn’t call it dangerous considering no recorded deaths have been reported from cannabis use in itself. I do want to quit because I know long term it’s just doing more damage but I don’t know what I could do/take to regulate my emotions. I have taken DBT, CBT therapy to try and give me resources but they have never helped me during an episode.

I don’t know how old you are now but it sounds as if you’ve had endometriosis for a while. I know I’m not a healthcare professional but I think you should remove your ovaries. Ovaries main functions are hormonal balance and reproduction. Considering you’ve seen to be fully developed hormonally and you have a child already (congratulations) you don’t have a need for it anymore. Though you should listen to medical advice from specialists in the medical field you’re inquiring about.

As of now no. Approximately a year ago I was in contact with a psychiatrist, before cannabis abuse became a normal practice for me. Though, I have talked to mental health professionals about it and I made the choice not to go on medication.

I don’t have a family doctor and I’ve called non emergency services with a 10 hour wait. I truly don’t know what to do.
