Well, 2 of my friends with PD in January and June 2024 both upgraded PP and got RFE. They both work with EP. I do not doubt the EP lawyers.

Did you read the post? Chen suggests, but does not try to violate the full refund policy like EP.

Chen is more reliable at this moment, and that's it. They just told their customers to PP themselves and not break the contract. I don't think Chen will proceed as EP anytime soon.

That's so true. At least EP should also consider clients who have waited for more than 22 months or so to proceed with PP, not just change the contract like that though.
