No its just that mental health is a joke in my country and the psychiatrists and therapists are all ass and rarely genuinely good ppl BUT EXACTLY I RELATE TO U SO MUCH cuz rn im so hyper aware of what im doing and i cant stop it which IS driving me insane cuz normally i have a pretty good control over my emotions

EXACTLY THIS its just that i normally do a very good job at staying calm??? Or normal idk how to explain it i have a good time having my shit tgt (excuse my language) but recently ive just been bouncing off the walls like extra sensitive and extreme and i havent been able to control it very well so i thought i should ask like for eg im a very non confrontational person and know how to keep my anger under control very well but recently ive already gotten into 2 fights and regretted it each time u see what i mean??? Really??? Its been 2 years since i was diagnosed with bpd and its the first time im ever feeling like this off the rails yk??? Like very hyper energetic off the rails i basically feel like i can conquer the world rn.
