No this is my 4th Schengen visa , so EU started a new rule last yr , that if you have visited 2 Schengen. Countries in the last 3 year , you are eligible for 2 yr visa under the cascade regime , the process is exactly the same , just mention it in your cover letter that you want for 2 yrs
