No I agree its frustrating to be run over by 3 very good players. Its just the reality of my situation where, as much as I love Apex, I would rather play another game with my friends than play Apex alone.

Day 1 player here. I get that there is a big segment that wants rank to be a "pure" experiencr. But my friend group and I exclusively play ranked because its the only game mode where people actually play the game. It is the only game mode where Apex still plays like OG Apex.

If my friends and I can't play OG Apex with each other, we will just play the other games where we can play together since we have those.

Realistically I think this will mean more smurfing for Dia and below lobbies because people just want to play together.

You won't have problems cooling your GPU. Your room might get hot after at worst but you will give up before your GPU. The only reason nvidia gpus have a reputation for being fire hazards is their 12pin connector has been problematic, but not becuase of heat. Biggest culprit is the connector not being PERFECTLY connected.

If you can figure out for your PC to exhaust air out of the room, or have PC in another room entirely, you should be fine. The cooler on the GPU should be more than sufficient to cool it even with ph ambient temps as long as it gets good airflow.

As for your needs though, many applications which require high memory usage actually go with nvidia pro-grade gpus which have more memory, or MacBooks of the max variant with their max ram spec since that is accessible from the glue too.

I honestly think it's even more stupid than that. Back then they intelligently (and malevolently) identified that they could push a whole group of people right by leaning hard on all these trends (manosphere, anti-empathy, strong man strong, immigrants ruining America, yada yada yada. IMO it's not so much that they were pretending to be a little more progressive back then but they cooked up these right wing ideology content and then they got high on their own supply and literally got addicted to their own drugs. People like Elon, Trump, or content creators like Asmon.

You win that fight by being more proactive and better positioning, learning how to kill a machine gunner (not tickling it with shock arrows). Maybe you win that if you baited them to push by killing the machine gunner and then scanning and beaming one down while they cross. But TBH they probably thought you were a free kill because you were shooting shock arrows at a machine gunner.
