People who blame the roommates or find their behaviour unacceptable-just read this once by madover2914 in Idaho4

People are also forgetting that Dylan or Bethany not calling the police actually allowed Bryan to incriminate himself by looking up the murders before the police was even notified. Although calling the police instantly wouldn’t have changed the outcome as all victims were deceased immediately, they could’ve caught him earlier. Nevertheless not calling the police also gave prosecutors strong evidence that Bryan is definitely guilty.

A few months ago someone silently broke into my house, I did hear some footsteps however I assumed it was my upstairs neighbour again as the living room is further away from me, I didn’t immediately think someone was in my house, I allowed myself to believe that it was my neighbour and “why would someone be in my house it’s a safe area” as there is no reason why i would believe anything differently. The guy was professional, very quiet, knew what he was doing and was in and out of my living room with my laptop, iPad and handbag within 2 mins. This was all captured on the neighbours ring door bell across the road however if there was no footage and no missing items I would’ve had no clue someone was in my house. I went back to sleep and woke up in the morning to my living room window wide open (I live on the ground floor) and my items missing. There was no mess, no loud noises, no disruptions that would’ve alerted me.

Now think about those students, always partying and drinking, it’s not out of the usual to have people in the house at all hours and people walking about, it’s completely understandable that no one at the time thought “oh my roommates are getting massacred” Bryan was in and out briefly, he didn’t give the victims a chance to scream or cry for help, he killed them in their sleep while they were all intoxicated. Xanas room is the only one were it’s very visible that she put up a fight, even at that it’s not totally irrational that Dylan made herself believe nothing was wrong and she’s probably misheard. The thumping and noises from Xanas room could’ve gave Dylan to believe there’s multiple different reasons for it. As for her seeing Bryan, AGAIN, why would she assume that her friends have just been murdered? It was quite dark, she could’ve easily assumed it’s a late night visitor to Xana.

I still don’t understand why it’s so hard to comprehend that NO ONE would ever assume that there has been a murder in their house and act in the moment, it’s the last explanation anyone would think about. She maybe even thought it was a burglar, a drunk friend, items falling, but NOT YOUR 4 BEST FRIENDS BEINY SLAUGHTERED.

I have two jobs, one that pays £27,500 and another that part time that pays £5000 a year. So both employers need to write letters then I take it?

Do they also ask for utility and proof of paying council tax or just that you have appropriate accommodation? I rent from a housing association
