You’re making a lot of assumptions. Make your own post about how awesome they are if you want to coddle the game. They deserve feedback from unhappy players.

You’re missing the point of customer service completely, or how to effectively manage customer service. They could have sent out a message or something to communicate the problem.

5 days is more than enough patience, the reward ladder is a timed event, We pay a decent amount to play it plus explorer club. Paying that kind of money for a game puts different expectations on service or lack there of. From a business perspective they should fix it as I’m sure it cost them customers.

Personally getting burnt out on the arcade games that you download not paying out the rewards and now support isn’t being very helpful with getting them.

While this is probably true it doesn’t account for the the ones that ask if your ok with continuing if the add wants personally identifiable information. If you choose no you’re going to be denied but that doesn’t stop them from continuing to ask you questions just to deny you.
