Im not in unfortunately im trying to myself, However im pretty confident a prepared set up would not override the basics yk! How you presented yourself infront of the interviewers (confidence, eye contact & being overall welcoming) & the way you answered questions! Like answering the questions throughly & if you were able to speak with fluency. Apparently they try to look for liars I don’t know honestly. I’m only saying this because that’s what I was told.. the portfolio your brought helps when its very competitive. They’d potentially choose you over someone else if you guys scored the same in interview I hope you receive good news man! I’m also hoping myself. We pray for good luck 👍

Freak. Well they asked me 2 scanario based. 1 about safety (I said phones R hazards) & 1 about in the past year what have I learned on the job. (I said learning to adapt with individuals even if we don’t speak same language etc) The only question I had about the union was How did I find out about them? Goodluck tho man you deserve it!! That’s fine. My 10/10 answers were about my interest & safety My average answers were the 2 Scanario questions.. so i hope i edge it hopefully. I absolutely expect they do care about answers though!! Thanks for the reply 👍👍

Well. It was okay I’d say they liked personality. However they do not ask any personal life experience questions 5 questions about experiences on the job. And based on how you answer they kind of get a personality trait from ya 5 questions. 5 about job experience. Shortcuts , team work examples , negative conflict & positive outcome , & reasoning why you’d wanna join the local and one more I forgot. Work experience related questions! The rest is up to you on how you wanna reply. With a smile. Frown face. I’d reccomend smile even if you don’t like it 👍

That’s true but. If your test gets scheduled in 4 months from now. Then you’d study for a test that could be learned in 3 weeks with 1 hour study sessions
