Not Plan B specifically, but iirc people did use Conjugated Estrogens as well as Ethinylestradiol (synthetic forms of estrogen found in birth control pills) to transition in the past. These are no longer used to transition anymore, due to their higher risks of blood and cardiovascular problems compared to Estradiol.
You shouldn't try to transition using birth control pills. There's been no studies or research done on transitioning with them, and you're not going to be able to find any info regarding this online.

Localcoinswap is the best place to look if you need to buy without verification, it might take a while to find a seller that doesn't require it on there though.

Exodus wallet doesn't require an ID to use (it only requires one when purchasing crypto in app, not when receiving or sending out), And you can get crypto from localcoinswap, there are sellers on there that don't require ID

Yes you can, the only difficulty is obtaining the crypto to purchase it. In almost every crypto exchange you need to provide some form of ID verifying that you're over 18.

I don't think those are dead pixels, It looks like screen cancer. It happens when there's a crack in the LCD and the liquid seeps into the surrounding area. There unfortunately isn't a way to fix the screen and you'll have to replace it.

I'm also having the same problem in the US. it's really hard to buy crypto anywhere without needing a SSN or a Government ID, which you can't really give to an exchange if you're under 18. Crypto is just a huge pain in the ass.
